Computational Thinking is the thought-process involved in solving problems, designing systems, assessing human behaviour and introducing innovative actions to overcome the complexity of change while delivering business results.
This course provides participants with the ability to apply decision theory, combining social psychology and behavioural economics to work-based business scenarios. You will investigate various cognitive biases and learn how to utilise a portfolio of decision-making tools from idea formulation to business solution delivery. You will also develop adaptive problem-solving techniques and build on your critical-thinking and leadership skills to deliver sustainable business solutions.
